All of our work is done on a time and materials basis. We require a signed work order to begin work on your car. Invoices for labor and for parts and materials are sent out bi-weekly. Payment is required upon receipt of the invoice to insure uninterrupted service to your car.

Cars left beyond the pick up date will be charged a storage fee.

Your vehicles are secured in a state-of-the-art storage facility. Phoenix Rod & Custom, LLC is fully insured including fire and theft protection. Insurance protection is individually adjusted to account for the value of anything in the shop at a given time. At all times every effort is made to ensure the safety of cars under our care.

While customers are responsible for arranging their own transportation for their vehicle, Phoenix Rod & Custom, LLC can provide assistance by offering the names of carriers experienced in this form of transport. In New Jersey, pick-up and delivery can be accommodated by Phoenix Rod & Custom, LLC.
